A bumper harvest last year gave us a little bit of extra Tempranillo to play with, so due to our perpetual Bastardo shortage, we thought we'd have another crack at making our second batch of this fantastic rosé.
Fragrant and delightfully dry, this Tempranillo Rosè features a pretty perfume of just-ripe strawberries, vanilla, and cherry blossoms, with a hint of sea spray and dried herbs.
The palate is fresh and frisky with bright red berry fruits, flavours of fresh raspberries and luscious garden strawberries. It is gently textured and deliciously long, with a mid palate creaminess and an ultra-refreshing, saline tang on the finish.
