Bastardo Rosé - SOLD OUT
Sorry - our Bastardo Rosé is sold out.
The next vintage will be available in November 2020.
This delicious crisp, dry rosé is made from a Portuguese grape variety called Bastardo which we grow at the Mazza Vineyard near Donnybrook in Western Australia.
The Bastardo Rosé sells out very quickly and this year (due to hungry birds and kangaroos) we made less than 200 cases.
We don't have a review of the 2019 Bastardo yet - but here's a review of our last vintage...
2018 Bastardo - GOLD MEDAL - 95 POINTS
"More orange than pink in colour - pale. Cherry aromas, quietly so, savoury - more botanicals than fruit. The palate shows great energy and precision. Quality fruit, balance and measured acidity. A delicious wine."
Nick Butler, The Real Review, 5 August 2019
